Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria are very unfortunate examples of events that our world's leading scientific institutions many times here in this committee have warned us would happen more often.

At this point we could not say that coal and nuclear have unique characteristics that provide such resiliency benefits that they should receive special treatment in the market.
