This would be al Qaeda that is saying this. They realize that they are in a crisis, they are big trouble, and that we are prevailing and that the situation looks bleak. We believe the United States will prevail in the global war on terror and the noble struggle to protect freedom from terrorist adversaries will be all worthwhile. ____________________
