The transparency needs to happen. It needs to happen not only so we can bring down drug prices, but the things that is going to bring down healthcare costs all together.
I am telling you, and that is what is happening with the PBMs. They are not achieving what they set out to achieve.
This is causing a problem in the market, in the generic drug market. This is one of the reasons why prescription drug prices are so high.
Not everything in the Affordable Care Act was bad. I know that is a shock for my friends on the minority side to hear a Republican say that.
It is called voters. It is called elections. You control who your governor is.
What is the expected cost? Is the problem the crumbling water lines or is the problem reprocessing or processing of the water supply?
You can have both. You can have positive economic development and effective environmental protection.
Time after time Tribes have seen their treaties broken, their lands taken, and sacred sites desecrated.
So, it is not just the right thing to do, based on our historical experiences and historical traumas with Native Americans, it is the law.
I want to reiterate again that the workers are caught in the middle of this failed system.
