Black voters are practical. So at the end of the day, I don’t know that they’re going to have to be the most excited. But I will tell you that you always want voters to be excited.

I’m committed to doing my part and will continue working to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.

I personally don’t feel like the excitement necessarily exists within the Black community.

We are experiencing Black joy at the highest level. And I wanted to make sure we document that at the congressional level.
