This section is included in the Hyde amendment substitute, and I would hope that we could resolve it in that overall context and not in a long, separate vote in contention here on the floor. We have got three or four, at least, additional votes on this bill before we conclude this afternoon, and some of the Members are trying to depart from this city by plane early before that snow storm hits.
