This is a National crisis--which no amount of fencing or National Guard troops can solve.

It is imperative to meet the necessary climate commitments that we continue to implement the landmark investments made last Congress and continue to address the difficult decarbonization challenges through the electrification of America.

Anything you can do to speed up the hiring process, and I would appreciate that.

We need to use agents to do their job, but there are certain jobs that I think the support staff or border processing or whatever you want to call them, are important.

I want to make sure that we keep whoever is supposed to stay here and go back.

I remind that 9/11 terrorists didn't come through the southern border, but they actually came through the northern border.

Private property rights. So if you have been a landowner for generations, you don't want the big bad government to come over and take your property.

I think we got to look at the 21st century technology.

I want to emphasize that we have added over $2.4 billion from the prior administration.

No administration has been able to achieve it, not President Bush, not President Obama, not President Trump; and certainly not President Biden also.

So trying to find that balance between security and trade and tourism is important.

The only thing I ask is that you all--you know, it is a good program. We are hoping we can put a little bit more money...

I want to see what ICE is doing to do this because I am concerned about a couple things.

I am a big believer in title 8, instead of title 42, even though I support title 42.

As you know, the administration's plan is to end the title 42 expulsion authority.
