First and foremost, California is a joke.

You can either fully enforce protection for federal employees or get out of the way and let Texas Guard do it.

Texas House Democrats abandoned their duty to Texans.

Real Texans don’t run from a fight.

This order will remain in effect until all missing Democrat House members are accounted for and brought to the Texas Capitol.

The special legislative session cannot last more than 30 days, but I could continue to call new sessions indefinitely.

Derelict Democrat House members must return to Texas and be in attendance when the House reconvenes at 3:00 PM on Monday, August 4, 2025.

For any member who fails to do so, I will invoke Texas Attorney General Opinion No. KP-0382 to remove the missing Democrats from membership in the Texas House.

I think based upon comments made by legislators themselves, they face a possibility of facing bribery charges, which is a second-degree felony in the state of Texas.

Any Democrat who ‘solicits, accepts, or agrees to accept’ such funds to assist in the violation of legislative duties or for purposes of skipping a vote may have violated bribery laws.
