I am writing to express my strong opposition to the textile, apparel, and footwear quota bill (H.R. 4328).

A member of the Republican Party, he previously held the office of Vice President under Ronald Reagan from 1981 to 1989. Bush was a World War II veteran and served in various roles within the U.S. government, including as Director of the Central Intelligence Agency from 1976 to 1977. His presidency is noted for significant events such as the Gulf War and the fall of the Berlin Wall, as well as his efforts in foreign policy and international diplomacy.
I think the best thing the Federal Government can do is to get these interest rates down and to adopt growth incentives so that people will continue to create jobs.
I think some groups do not give proper credit to the fact that a lot of people are laboring night and day doing just that.
This vote comes at a time when the world is adopting the American model of free enterprise, open markets, and greater competition.
We simply cannot have it prevail that we don't want any drilling here, and she doesn't want any drilling there.
