George Bush actually said...

A hopeful day has arrived. All Iraqis can now come together and reject violence and build a new Iraq.

I think this is great news for the president, again not only on the presidential level, but when it comes to Congressional races as well.

President Bush says if any company involved in Iraqi reconstruction has overcharged the government, it will have to repay the money.

If there is an overcharge, like we think there is, we expect that money to be repaid.
