Steve Cohen is a member of the United States House of Representatives, representing Tennessee's 9th congressional district since 2007. A member of the Democratic Party, Cohen has been involved in various legislative efforts and has served on multiple committees during his tenure. The nationwide permit process, in my opinion, was never meant to be applied to large projects that have far-reaching, cumulative impacts.
