I think it is schizophrenia when you offer State issues and preemption and priorities and giving power back to the States, but not when it comes to them having passing laws concerning marijuana.

Maybe marijuana doesn't kill you; heroin does and meth does. They are different.
Kids shouldn't use it. Kids shouldn't use it ever. And at age 18 people shouldn't be arrested for it.
Maybe the reason that so many more people are smoking marijuana now is because they are not listening, and maybe they are doing the other drugs, too. But it also shows that the drug war has been a failure.
I would submit, with all due respect to my fellows on the other side, that schizophrenia... could be described as a party that talks about saving money all the time and being concerned with deficits... but not being concerned and saving…
I don't think the President has been schizophrenic. The President hasn't gone nearly as far as I would like to see him go on this issue because it is a freedom issue.
I remain a strong supporter of the Dodd-Frank Act, although I also support certain enhancements to it.
