I think we hopefully will have some legislation as a result of this hearing, and so I think it was very productive and very worthwhile.

the poor suffer and the rich can spend to adapt, so they both bear costs, but in some cases it's more personal costs, suffering, and the other is more monetary.

I believe the New Green Deal is aspirational, and I think it's important that it puts attention on the dangers to our planet at this time and the urgency of our actions.
