Absolutely. The gentleman is right on target. I saw that this weekend firsthand and I am sure others have as they have been there. This is important that we share this with our colleagues and folks tonight so they will understand that budgets are things that you do not pay much attention to sometimes until, as we say back on the farm, the chickens come home to roost, and they are not coming home to roost.
