But in a 5-4 Supreme Court decision, they have also held in a different version a separation of church and States than the one that you voted for. The Supreme Court said that we could not practice openly and freely religion in the schools. You are right. We have as a body the opportunity to say, no, you are wrong. We are going to pass the constitutional amendment protecting the freedom of religion. It had nothing to do with shutting down the freedom of speech or religion.
