Every person who commits to going to war against America or any other peaceful nation should be held off the battlefield as long as they are dangerous.

But when it comes to battlefield communications, let us do not let this debate hamper our ability to protect our troops.

The notion that our troops might be the subject of lawsuits is something that I would be very wary of.

I just want the public to understand that in terms of disposition forward, repatriation has its limits, but a possibility.

I want an independent judiciary basically validating what the intelligence community and the military says about this person.
