Given the nature of diminishing resources and budget constraints, what is the current and future status of the Command's Global SOF Network initiative?

What changes can you recommend to the present set of Security Force Assistance authorities such as 1206 and Global Security Contingency Fund?
Can you update the committee on SOCOM's intelligence functions, requirements, and initiatives? What specific intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) requirements do you have?
Special Operations Forces and the Intelligence Community have experienced an unprecedented integration of both operational and analytical activities.
Can you outline for the committee any resourcing concerns if high numbers of SOF are required?
What role is SOCOM playing in the Defense Intelligence Agency's new Defense Clandestine Service?
Are there any issues with Special Operations Forces working within a domestic framework?
What manned and unmanned ISR systems are you investing in, and why? How do you coordinate with the Services in these areas?
You expressed concern about a drawdown and how it should be conditions-based, and then action has been properly taken.
