This administration, for its part, has refused to recognize that we are fighting radical Islam.

The discussion this week as I came back, is it ISIS or is it ISIL? No, it is terrorists.

What we are dealing with are terrorists, these people who have a keen interest in killing every Muslim that disagrees with them.

It is so sad to me this administration I think began with obfuscation, that it would say we are in a global war on terrorists.

Somehow we--the American people have forgotten that.

My hopes for the people of Afghanistan are very personal.

Thank you for your strong support in promoting democracy in Egypt.

I am concerned about our friends in the Kurdish region.

How did we miss that?

Folks in South Carolina and folks I talk to all over the country are concerned of what is going on in Iraq because we lost so many men and women there.

It is wrong that you have troops serving overseas receiving these notices and they have to think about transition to civilian life.

I believe that we are in a long-term global war on terrorism.

Again, we are all very appreciative of the competence and capabilities and the dedication of the people who are working on these issues.

Keep us informed in however we can be of assistance.

This is very encouraging, as you say change needed, that is impressive to me without recrimination and apparently, hopefully, without turf protection.
