I was one of those very saddened, Senator Hollings, when the OTA was eliminated.

That is not a hard choice, that is an easy choice. Give the money where it is producing jobs.

I was misled. I voted for that thing. But how was I misled? Number one, you had aluminum tubes, you had mushroom clouds, you had yellow cake, you had the Vice President saying they reconstituted nuclear.

The sooner that we can get that, you know how it is, we'll be gone, and another year will pass and then we'll get into next year's election.
