I want to thank both my colleagues from Massachusetts. Mr. Chairman, I realize the difficult choices the chairman and the members of the committee are faced with, but I want to discuss with the gentleman the fact that this bill provides no construction funds in fiscal year 1998 for the Blackstone Corridor.
