right now we have no child psychiatrists in this country because there is no reimbursement because we have a discriminatory health care system that does not acknowledge mental illness as a health matter at all. So how we expect a very, very limited number of people who are experts in this area to somehow begin to determine all of these caseloads, I think, is absolutely impractical, unless the gentleman would commit to me that he would work with us to get mental health parity passed so we can get more clinicians in the area of mental health.
