Once again I would just say, as my good friend has just said, the reason that doctors are not trained in identifying mental illness is that we still are living in a country where mental illness is not regarded as part of the body. In other words, brains are not considered an organ of the body currently in this country for purposes of insurance. So why should we be surprised when there are not any doctors out there who can have the training to do this? What the gentleman is doing is not helping us. It is hurting us. So I would just ask my colleagues once again please vote ``no'' on the Tancredo amendment.
