At the present time there are 46,000 women, infants and children who belong to our military overseas who are not covered by WIC. Fortunately, thanks to this committee, that will be remedied and we will not have that imbalance. They will get the same benefits that they would get if they, as a matter of fact, were stationed in the United States. I want to also touch briefly on another area. Some years ago I came before the committee to indicate that we were buying our buoy chains from China, and I wondered where we were going to get them if we were in war, and this committee corrected that. And now we have the military buying weights for their exercise programs from China because they are cheap, because, of course, they are made with slave labor. And they have taken some steps in this legislation to correct that. So I would hope all would support this effort to make our military strong and proud once again, because for 4 of the last 6 years it has not been treated very well.
