It's not scurrilous. This will bring a major expansion of gambling. And I don't care what subcommittee. I will venture, had the average Member come down here and been told tomorrow that they voted for a major expansion of gambling, they would not have known. It ought not to be on the CR bill. It is a bad bill. It is a bad idea. It brings about crime and corruption and attacks on the poor, and I urge the defeat of this CR.
