No, there are not. It would merely ensure that the State Department could use the existing funds to get American citizens out of harm's way and to pay the debts that they have obligated both for cruises, for ships and for other things whereby they are taking people to Cypress and other points of safety, so they can pay their bills.

We actually -- and I say we, Pennsylvania has a Republican majority in the Senate and the House and Republicans actually got together with me. And we put together in 2019 the most dramatic change in Pennsylvania's voting laws in 80 years.
But, I think, it does reaffirm the importance of the vote. We've got to vote. And as long as I'm Governor, Pennsylvanians' rights are protected.
All right now, what we're encouraging and urging everybody to do is if they haven't sent their ballot in yet walk it to the election officer or Dropbox, but do it in person.
And if people want to protect these rights, and continue to protect them, they're going to have to continue to vote for people, who veto this kind of bad legislation.
