we cannot take it out of the prisons. The conditions there, I agree, I will be with the gentleman tomorrow or the next day on not granting MFN or PNTR to China, but I just do not think you can take it out of the prisons. The conditions in the prisons are so difficult and so bad. So that is the problem that I have with the amendment. We just cannot take it out of the prisons.
