We cannot take it out of the prisons. The conditions there, I agree, I will be with the gentleman tomorrow or the next day on not granting MFN or PNTR to China, but I just do not think you can take it out of the prisons. The conditions in the prisons are so difficult and so bad. So that is the problem that I have with the amendment. We just cannot take it out of the prisons.

This is - they own this now. And, I think, it's going to be a bad thing, for Republicans, everywhere, including, in Pennsylvania.
But, I think, it does reaffirm the importance of the vote. We've got to vote. And as long as I'm Governor, Pennsylvanians' rights are protected.
Well, I'll keep doing, what I've been doing, throughout my term in office. And that is to keep vetoing any bill that challenges a woman's right, to make her own decision. And I will continue to do that, up through the end.
