This would be great news for the prisoners in prison because it would cut the prison system by $600 million and we'd have to let a lot of people out of prisons or we couldn't operate them. But I commend the gentleman. He's been very consistent throughout the night. I think this would be an impact on DEA probably in the rage of $200 million, when we think of the drugs coming into the country. So, while I appreciate the gentleman's compromise spirit of taking it down from 25 percent to half that, I urge a ``no'' vote on the amendment, and yield back the balance of my time.
