I thank the gentleman for withdrawing the amendment. I understand how important the horseshoe crab is. I have been to Lewes, Delaware, many times; and I understand. You make a very powerful point, but as the gentleman is aware, the bill before the House today includes $72 million for stock assessments, which is the same as the request, and a $3 million increase above the enacted level. We will continue to work with the gentleman, and I appreciate his comments.
