Well, let us find a cure for cancer or reduce cancer deaths by 50 percent by the year 2010. Let us put the money into reducing or finding a prevention for Alzheimer's. Let us put the money in for diabetes research. This is a bad bill. It undermines the budget process; it distorts the priority of where this Congress ought to be.”
