there are good people on both sides. I know as a Member that sometimes we want to be with our party and sometimes we want to be with our President. For me, I want to be with my conscience. My conscience tells me, and I think the American people would agree, that if China attacks, invades, or blockades Taiwan, they should lose PNTR. Support the motion to recommit. That is where the American people would be.
