I personally, though, would make it apply to everything, because of the thought of the exploitation to women. But unfortunately, it just applies to that one very narrow section. I think it is appropriate on this bill, because we have extensive funding in this bill with regards to sexual trafficking. But unfortunately, it does just cover that narrow section with regard to HIV/AIDS.
