I am reminded of the quote by Bobby Kennedy that says: ``Some men see things as they are and ask why; I dream things that never were and ask why not.'' I am also reminded one of the famous quotes that he gave to a group of students in South Africa in 1966, which I use many times when I speak to high school kids. He said: ``A third danger,'' and this is a great recommendation to this body and to anyone, ``a third danger is timidity. Few men or women are willing to brave the disapproval of their fellows, the censure of their colleagues, the wrath of their society. Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality of those who seek to change a world which yields most painfully to change.
