I was in a program called Man to Man with Charlie Harroway before I got elected to Congress. It was a prison reentry program helping men out of Lorton. And I completely agree with the gentleman. I have been a great fan of Chuck Colson in Prison Ministries for that very reason. Unfortunately, we are number one in the world in the number of people in prisons per capita, and we just cannot put people in prison for years and years, no rehabilitation and no training when they come out and expect them as they get out to come back and be productive.
