I strongly support the gentleman's amendment, and I appreciate him offering it. Have you seen how difficult it is to get sanctions in Syria from Putin? sanctions against the Sudanese with regard to the genocide from China? The gentleman is right. I accept the amendment and urge all Members to accept the amendment. I yield back the balance of my time.

All right now, what we're encouraging and urging everybody to do is if they haven't sent their ballot in yet walk it to the election officer or Dropbox, but do it in person.
We actually -- and I say we, Pennsylvania has a Republican majority in the Senate and the House and Republicans actually got together with me. And we put together in 2019 the most dramatic change in Pennsylvania's voting laws in 80 years.
We're actually suggesting, encouraging people to walk their balance in right now. I don't think people should be waiting till the very last minute to send in their mail-in ballot. They should be doing it right now.
Voter intimidation is illegal in Pennsylvania. So I would not want to accuse anybody of breaking the law, but they have taken a very aggressive stance legally.
