Per an agreement with the authorizing committee, this amendment strikes section 123 under the administrative provision of the Federal Highway Administration. This section made certain unobligated balances of contract authority available in 2014. This amendment is noncontroversial and will have no budgetary scoring effect. I respectfully ask for a ``yes'' vote, and I yield back the balance of my time.
