I rise in strong support of H.R. 1722, the Telework Improvements Act, and thank the gentleman for yielding me time. I also want to thank Congressman John Sarbanes for introducing this important and necessary legislation, and the committee for moving this legislation to the floor. I am an original cosponsor and strong proponent of this bill. I have been a long-time and staunch supporter of telework, also referred to as telecommuting.
