earlier today I was at Walter Reed Army Medical Center visiting Army Specialist Matt James, a constituent from Virginia's 10th District, who was wounded while serving in Iraq, and I missed the vote on rollcall 326. Had I been present and voting, I would have voted ``no'' on rollcall 326, the Pitts amendment to H.R. 3057, Foreign Operations, Export Financing and Related Programs Appropriations Act for Fiscal Year 2006.

But, I think, it does reaffirm the importance of the vote. We've got to vote. And as long as I'm Governor, Pennsylvanians' rights are protected.
