So, in essence, if an employee worked in each of the 50 states of the United States, would he or she have to be cutting, if they owe taxes, checks to each of those 50 states?

I came to Congress with certain core principles that guide my work in Washington. One is that we should aim for less government regulation not more.

I am a staunch supporter of states' rights in the principles of federalism, but I believe states should be sovereign within their borders only.

And this Administration and the departments have been--the Justice Department has been accused of doing this, not being straightforward with judges.

But, again, I don't care what Administration it is; there is, at this point, businesses are being so regulated that they are going out of business.

Regulation is killing them, regulations that I could explain here.

I will be the first one leading the charge on taking them on.

I want to improve the quality of life for Americans. I think there is too much regulation.

Prosecutors should not be doing that, Government entities should not be doing 'I think you should not lend this company money.'

Either you prosecute or you do not prosecute. What say you?

The rule of law isn't based on we do not like the way you are doing business.

I am confident that these agreements will do much to help millions of consumers across the country.
