I just simply want to say that I support this legislation. I tell my children on a weekly basis--they can recite it verbatim--that if it were not for our veterans, if it were not for our military personnel and our servicemembers that are working now, my children wouldn't have what they have today. So I want to reinforce that.

As a state and Federal prosecutor we have put people in prison domestically for hunting out of season, for shooting protected animals and birds such as eagles, and for importing hides and protected animals internationally as well.
