Isn't it true that Judge Mike Baylson of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania ruled that the Department of Justice's attempt to withhold this money was illegal and unconstitutional?

Isn't it also true that the court found that the Department of Justice had not produced any credible evidence that undocumented immigrants committed crime at a higher rate than any other group?

This isn't a Second amendment issue. This is a public health crisis.

It has been 8 years and hundreds of thousands of lives lost to gun violence since the last time Congress held a hearing on this issue.

We need to keep firearms out of the hands of criminals and gun traffickers, keeping weapons of war off the street.

H.R. 1 also provides measures to modernize our elections while maintaining security.

That bill would put limits on donations to presidential inaugural committees and require public disclosure.

Our democracy doesn't work when special interests push gerrymandering and other voter suppression tactics.
