But we certainly do not anticipate a complete overhaul of this ship or this vessel. All we want to do is maintain it in its full capability it now has to continue doing its work as it is now doing until the Army Corps of Engineers issues its report, which is due in the near future.

I do not care how long it takes. We should not be executing innocent people because we want to do it expeditiously.
Suppose you have not exercised due diligence but you are probably; probably an innocent person should go to jail, should be executed because they did not execute due diligence?
