I am proud to be a co-sponsor of the PRO Act and I thank you, Madam Chairwoman, for holding this subcommittee hearing.

I believe it has a chilling effect on workers' right and ability to organize.

I am deeply troubled by the different standards for the actions of employers and the actions of employees or labor.

And yet it is, as I understand it, not permitted for a union or workers to campaign during work time.
