Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: On page 32, line 8, redesignate section 5 as section 6. On page 32, after line 7, insert the following: SEC. 5. RULE OF CONSTRUCTION. The amendments made under this Act shall not be construed to affect the privacy of employees with respect to voter lists provided to labor organizations by employers pursuant to elections directed by the Board. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 833, the gentlewoman from Pennsylvania (Ms. Wild) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
