Mr. Speaker, instead of wasting time with messaging bills that have no chance of becoming law, Speaker Johnson and House Republicans should be taking steps that would actually solve problems for the American people. Please put the Right to IVF Act on the floor for a vote today, and vote ``no'' on the previous question so that we can protect Americans' right to build their families free from government interference.
