We are being asked to cut work-study programs that pay 75 percent of the wages for students, 700,000 students, who are willing to work their way through school, but we have $63 million to give away to Mr. Murdoch. Mr. Speaker, as we are taking money from women, infants and children, we seem to have money for Rupert Murdoch, a friend of the Speaker.”
