So we need to do better; everyone agrees with that. And I hope that we can work on a bipartisan solution to help protect taxpayers and advance the goals that we all share.
It seems to me that any nuclear power plant whose operator makes the significant investment to pursue relicensing during the compliance period, that should be treated as new capacity.
