I would say to Mr. Gardner, and people that are co-sponsors of this bill, you may want to consider, based on what is going on in the world with the Russians, the Chinese, Pakistani, Turkey, how these countries are flaunting our trade laws…

I continue to be very concerned about moving forward with relaxing cross ownership rules again before we complete an FCC analysis on the impact such a rule would have on changes in female and minority ownership.
