Hemp was once a staple of Pennsylvania's economy, and is once again presenting opportunities for new businesses.

I strongly encourage the Committee to include the Industrial Hemp Act of 2023, led by my colleagues Representative Matt Rosendale of Montana and Representative Chrissy Houlahan of Pennsylvania, in the upcoming farm bill.
