The Commerce-Justice-Science division of this bill preserves solid funding for an array of important public investments. For example, the Manufacturing Extension Partnership program is level funded at $175 million. That is so important. The bill provides strong and continued level funding for NOAA climate research and NASA Earth science. Before I go on, I have some thank-yous to hand out. We have an incredibly hardworking staff.
