I absolutely do stand by my words, and in fact, the timing that the gentleman from California raises is important as well because we expect to hear these unsubstantiated allegations repeated tomorrow by Republican Senators at the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee hearing on the nomination of Tom Perez as Secretary of Labor.
