Mr. Chairman, to respond to my colleague from Colorado who has just cited two cases where, under existing law and procedure, fraudulent joinder of bad faith insurance claims was claimed and actually succeeded, the proof is right there. The statute does not need to be amended. It is working already. That is why we don't need to include bad faith insurance cases in the Wrongdoers Protection Act for multistate and multinational corporations. I yield back the balance of my time.
